When will I receive my order?

  • When you order has been processed you will receive a tracking number sent to your email. Please allow 3 days for processing (not including holidays). Shipping FedEx takes 2-5 days. Domestic orders usually take 2-5 days to deliver after its been shipped. International orders take 7-28 days. If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours please reach out to me at livingboujie@yahoo.com

  • Orders are ship out the next day.

Can I exchange or return my order?

  • Due to the nature of our products and the health of our customers, ALL SALE ARE FINAL. I will not exchange. Unless you have received the wrong item. Contact me immediately so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I inspect all of the products before I ship your order out.

    Note: (Products must NOT show any signs of being worn/used to be considerate for any exchange)

  • If a return is approved once the item is received back to me, a store credit will be return back to you for the amount you paid minus shipping. Shipping will not be included.

  • If your order is damaged, please contact us (within 48hrs) using our contact form on the website. If you having trouble just email me directly at livingboujie@yahoo.com or either my social media account. The email should include, name of the product, order number, and picture of damaged item. Anything reported after three days will not be honored.

  • If there’s an error made on the behalf of LIVing Boujie, we will take full responsibility and will act quickly to dissolve the issue(s).

My tracking says delivered but, I never received my package?

  • Please contact your local FedEx office near you to get information on the whereabouts on your package. You can also file a missing package claim on the FedEx website. Keep us updated. FedEx customer service number is 1-(800)-463-3339.

  •  LIVing Boujie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All dispute will need to be investigated by the carrier service. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope everything gets handled.

I entered the wrong address? What do I do?

  • If you entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to me at livingboujie@yahoo.com IMMEDIATELY! If a tracking number had already been provided the package will be sent to the address listed on the order.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately once and order has been made, it cannot be canceled.

  • All sales are final. 

My handbag has this strong smell to it, what do I do?

  • Note: I apologize first off about the smell. It's the chemical smells left from the manufacturing process. (Polyurethane [PU leather] is 100% vegan. Which can smell like a chemical or plastic. Faux leather has a slightly different smell than traditional leather because it is made with plastic or rubber material. A type of plastic, and plastic is a man-made material that is processed using chemicals.

    Don’t freak out! PU leather (vegan leather in general) is actually very simple to clean, as long as you do it the right way.

  1. To wipe the outside of your handbag. Mix warm water with some mild dish soap or laundry detergent. Avoid using harsh solutions as these can cause the bag to be dry.

  2. Use a soft microfiber cloth into a solution. Stay away from any rough or harsh cloth to use to wipe the outside of your handbag that may scratch or damage your bag.

  3. If the stains a little bit more stubborn, try mixing warm water and vinegar instead. Yes Vinegar is completely safe to use on synthetic leather.

  4. Allow your handbag to air dry completely. Make sure you don’t store is away until is 100% dry to avoid molding or bacteria growth.

  5. To get rid of the smell on the inside of your handbags. Use Febreze, blunt spray, scented dryer sheets, or your own cologne or perfume.

How to properly care for your handbag.

  • STORE WELL. Store your bag in a dry, cool place away from the sunlight. Use a dust bag (or pillowcase) to protect it. Do not hang or stack your handbags. Place each bag upright on the shelf. Stuff the handbag with paper of fabric to keep it’s shape.

  • GO GENTLE AND ROTATE. Rotate which handbag you carry regularly instead of using the same one every day. Be mindful of the weight you carry in your bag and ensure heavier items (such as a laptop) are only carried from time to time.

  • REGULAR AND MAINTENANCE. From time to time, give your handbag a mild surface clean. Make a mixture of warm water and mild wash liquid (use a gentle dish wash or laundry liquid) and with a soft cloth (microfiber) give it a good wipe. Follow up by drying it off with a soft, clean cloth or let it air dry.

  • PROTECTING THE LINING. Carry your makeup in a makeup pouch. Ensure pens have caps on. Avoid carrying lose cash or coins - use a small pouch for those too. Regularly empty your bag to remove any lose content and give it a good wipe. You can use the same mix mentioned above to clean the lining of your bag.
